Do I need a visa to join a camp in China?
It depends on your nationality — some countries currently enjoy visa-free short stays in China, and for the rest the program assists with invitation letters and guidance. Tell me your country and I'll confirm what applies to you.
Do I need to speak Chinese already?
No — Mandarin learning is part of every camp, and several are explicitly designed as a first experience of the language. Recent groups from Kazakhstan, Laos and the Philippines started from zero.
Where do students stay?
Accommodation is arranged by the program for each camp — typically university housing or partner hotels, confirmed in the camp's program plan before you commit.
Who looks after my child during the camp?
Each camp has accompanying program staff and a fixed daily schedule. Students travel as a group for classes and visits. Ask your advisor for the supervision notes for the specific camp before you commit.
How will I know my child arrived safely?
You'll have a named advisor contact. We can agree an arrival check-in and how urgent updates will reach you (WhatsApp / WeChat / email).
What if my child gets sick or has food allergies?
Tell us allergies and health notes at sign-up. The program follows its on-site response steps and contacts the emergency number you provide. Insurance and hospital arrangements are listed in that camp's plan.
What does the price include?
Inclusions vary by camp. Message me with the camp you're interested in and I'll send the program plan and exact price, including what's covered and what's not — international flights are usually separate.
When should I sign up?
Places and timelines vary by program. Tell me the timing that works best for you, and I'll suggest a practical plan and notify you in advance.
Can I also study a full degree in China?
Yes — beyond camps, DXJ also offers language programs and Study in China services, including pathways and scholarship support with partner universities.
